Then you just mix it with hot water for a fast, regular coffee or use your imagination to create cafe-style coffee drinks that can be served hot or cold. The concentrate will store in the refrigerator for up to a week The Slow Drip Cold Brewer includes a premium glass pitcher with handle and a glass brew chamber that rests over it. Premium food-grade silicone surfaces and lids protect the glass and contents, while the reusable stainless steel filter offers the purest results. A stainless steel drip valve adjusts with a twist for a longer (stronger) or faster (lighter) brew. This slow-drip method takes about 4 hours to complete a full 20-oz pitcher of concentrate, which can be used to make up to 60-oz. of regular coffee.
